Jennifer Mencarini

Jennifer has 25 years of experience in the food industry. She began her food industry career at Aidells Sausage Company where she managed the office, ran demos, and created marketing pieces for Bruce Aidell.

Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Safeway, InterLink Marketing Group, and Advantage Sales & Marketing had a notable influence on her vast experience. Jennifer started at Safeway as an Executive Assistant and was quickly promoted to Sr. Buyer in the sourcing department. Over the next 11 years she gained experience in sourcing ingredients and packaging for Safeway’s private label manufacturing plants as well as goods not for resale, and pre-packaged produce items for the retail side of the business.

After Albertsons and Safeway merged, she took that experience to the sales side of the business and joined InterLink Marketing Group. She brought a unique view of the entire process of bringing an item to market that proved valuable to her teammates. At InterLink, Jennifer managed the Luckys, Savemart, and Foodmax business, earning many accolades from her vendors for introducing new items, increasing sales on existing items, her out-of-box thinking, and persistence for getting the job done.

Jennifer enjoys spending time with her twin boys, Julian and Jacob. She also enjoys real estate investing and travel. She hopes one day to own some island property and off-road toys for family vacations with her boys. your paragraph here.

Mark Belshaw

Mark’s love for working with Costco goes way back… He worked in operations for Costco in the Bay Area region for over a decade. He started out working in the electronics department but was quickly promoted to Supervisor then to area manager. Mark managed all three areas on the floor at Costco and then was promoted to a staff level manager where he oversaw the entire morning stocking crew and was responsible the entire sales floor. After a couple years he was promoted to an assistant general manager where his responsibilities covered the entire operation of the location. Not only did Mark hone his merchandising skills he also learned what items “work” at Costco. During his final couple years at Costco Mark met his wife who is still working for Costco to this day. Right about 2010 Mark started working for one of his past warehouse managers, Jonathan Smith, at Level One Marketing and began selling to Costco. Jonathan taught Mark the business the rest is history.

In Mark’s spare time you will probably catch him spending time with his wife Stacey and their daughter Ella. You may also see Mark riding his mountain bike around the foothills of the Eastbay trying to set PRs!
